Happy Day 13 of the 31 days of Halloween

How is your October going? Day 13 needed a special stamp. This is a stamp from Meer Image ..special to me anyway. 
This is inside the cover of my friend Vicki's Journal. It has a tuck pocked and the tag with this awesome image as a tuck also.
