Happy Day 10 of the 31 Days of Halloween !
I am going to say Happy Monday.I am feeling better yay!
Today I wanted to show you the finish of Shell's first secretary and the beginning of her cover.
This is the beginning of the cover. The paper is still from the Recollections series steampunk. the right side with the skeleton and flowers is the front.. I used a lot of washi tape and mod podge for paper.
The torn paper on the back is flowers and beautiful.
The paper is a clip from the cover of my friend Vicki Ross's journal,. they are catacombs.
The paper you can find HERE
The mini tags are from a stamp I purchased about nine years ago I do not remember where it came from.
This is both pages above the catacomb pocket is a black sack which has a medium tag which is blank and some paper. Here is a link to the black sacks. Here
I have added a blank stamped Halloween card she can color or journal in the envelope is there also should she want to mail it to someone or tuck in more goodies for her journal.
The little banner "something wicked this way comes" is glued on and the coffee stained page is blank for journaling.
This little banner is a tuck for the tag and the stamped imae
This is from a set of stamps from Smeared Ink. I left it uncolored, the choice to color it is hers.
The striped paper is from Canvas core there are many banners on this 12x12 paper this was the one I chose for this page and the card is from my Mother's stash. I am proud to share with my sweet sister Shell.
This is the next page a embossed tuck with a tag and paper.
This stamp is from the set I have used through out this journal from Smeared Ink.
well this is the end of the first secretary which has a library date pocket for her to date her entries.
Happy Day 10.
I am off to visit your blogs I am behind lol.
