Lilyand the Lotus and a new Smudgy antics challenge and Day 31 of Smeared and Smudged 31 Days of halloween

Welcome to the Lily and the Lotus and a new challenge with http://smudgyantics.blogspot.com This is a color challenge...and Day 7 of 21 Days of Halloween with Smeared and Smudged Ink.

Frida Kahlo her parrot and her monkey are displayed on this page.
The sugar skulls represent food made during celebrations of Dia de los Muertos
which November 1 is All Saints Day (the children)
and
November 2 All souls day(everyone) I combined the two .
Frida was a artist best known for her self portraits her work was known as "pain in Passion" because of her turbulent life..which ended when she was 47.
I want to thank all of you dear friends for my support as a DT for Smudgy Antics. I am soon moving to a different spot Smeared and Smudged Art Journal every Day  Design Team with the awesome Laura . This next year I will be taking Life Book 2014 classes with many awesome teachers so I hope to have many wonderful things to enrich your journal experience.

    Are you tellin' me that Frida is a stencil?! I HAVE to have it. Gotta go find. FABULOUS page! I adore it! I'm a huge Dia de los Muertos fan and do my whole dining room as a giant ofrenda. LOVE this, Susan! xxD
