I am walking you through a simple textured paper for adding in your journal book.
take a 12 x 12 sheet of any designer paper
begin adding your acrylics ...use your hands to mash in and blend.
I use many things I have hoarded up through the years as stencils as well as many different company stencils this is just a mesh and the lips are from http://smearedandsmudged.ning.com/group/smeared-ink-rubber-club
now for another layer crinkle as if you are wadding a paper to the trash but not tightly.
just keep layering and stamping the feet and hands are also from http://smearedandsmudged.ning.com/group/smeared-ink-rubber-club
you can see the squares ? that is a stencil from stencil girl
now you can go in and add your black after everything is dry.
The inks that I am using are from stampin up given to me by a dear friend
I used
Stampin Up "Taken with Teal"
Stampin Up "Real Red"
Stampin Up "Vintage Violet"
Stampin Up "Always Artichoke"
I just signed up for Stampin Up and I will soon have a store to link you to..not yet.
The last ink I used was
Stampin up "Always olive"
now I will save and finish the journal page
The black is so important to add last and often white.
The heart stencil is from Wendy vecchi
The honeycombs are Wendy vecchi and
Frida Kahlo is stencil girl.
The sentiment is Beautiful artist
I hope you have a wonderful day.
